Over the past weekend, there were quite a bit of songs that hit the radiowaves and the earwaves. Some of these are fresh bringing in new Moombahton and/or Trap sounds and ready for the party scene. Today got a Muevelo joint, real Space Age Trap shit, a signature Neki Stranac remix, some chill Trap and mainstream Moombahton remix. Also, there some Moombahrock!
There is a local Moombahton DJ/Producer that goes by the name of FeeLO. I saw him live a week ago opening for Rell The Soundbender show out here in Tampa. FeeLO did a Moombahrock remix of The White Stripes’ classic hit Seven Nation Army. It’s that 106 bpm love. Most importantly, I know Beta Control is smiling somewhere.
After months releasing “Smooth”, the upcoming Space Age Trap producer Sean Bunch returns with a hi-hat, piano tune “Dreamer”. The track Dreamer got a good vibe enough for you think you are literally dreaming. With subtle hi-hats, a balanced 808 kick and synths, Dreamer is best used to close out a Trap DJ set.
Paul Lee did a Moombahton remix of a mainstream song from will.i.am and Britney Spears called Scream & Shout. The remix got the original of the song builds into a big dembow kick and synth right when it drops. It’s Britney BITCH!
The Muevelo crew 2Deep teams up with Cratesz and releases “Guerra”. Using samples from Reggaeton duo Lito & Polaco, Guerra got a little bit of everything in it. Got some Cali hip-hop/G -funk whistles that blends in perfect with the tone of the track.
Neki Stranac remixes Mr. Vega’s Electro-House banger “Horn Time”. The remix have a twerk bounce.
DaKnown recently done a track called “Barbylon’s Theme”. The track got a Western desert sound with the instruments. Barbylon’s Theme is best used when horseback riding through the Grand Canyon with spurs spinning into the pinkish sunset. Yee-HAW!
Branchez did it again. He currently done a bootleg version of Rihanna’s “Stay”. The bootleg is on that Luv Trap feel to it.
