Paul Lee returns today with a big dance banger called “Baila!”. The latin percussion in “Baila!” creates a very vibrant, upbeat feel that will keep you one the toes. Smooth gliding on the dancefloor might occurs, just giving an heads up. Overall, “Baila!” is the Moombahton track that will get a party going in a flash.

Italian DJ/producer duo Ackeejuice Rockers recently puts out a Dancehall-style Moombahton track titled 110% Dynamite. I like how the percent is 110% because it lives up to it. Providing fire and energy, Ackeejuice Rockers got Loudish on the track with vocals. The synths are killer in this especially when the vocals leads the drops in this banger.

One of my favorite Moombah subgenre is Transnational Moombahton or Moombhranga genres. In this subgenre, Moombahton takes on an Arabic/Indian sound in each track. These two upcoming tracks are from RednaXe1A forthcoming ep release on Sleediz Records. The ep called Air Ease. The title track have a remix from Stas which brings his take on the original. When I listened to the original version, I thinks of snake charmers putting a trance on cobras in Egypt. For Stas remix, the second build reminds me that I’m taking a camel ride through pyramids of Egypt.

ESSBEEDEE did a remix of T.I.’s hit What You Know. He flips the rap song into a Moombahton jammer. This is in lieu of the Moombahop genre. Having a bounce with rap vocals that can get booties shaking. Right before the remix goes into some deep sounds, ESSBEEDEE makes it into a reggae and mash it up for a few moments.

Noizekid been busy for the past month releasing previews of his always thirsty bangers that are forthcoming and here is a few of them he teases.

He just made his Gent & Jawns and Daddy Yankee mash-up downloadable. This mash-up from Noizekid uses Vibrate from Gent & Jawns and Machucando from Daddy Yankee. Right away, I was drawn into the Daddy Yankee’s Machucando because I’m still reeling off of the Moombah Mafia and Muevelo collabo tune “Machucando” (shoutout to the fam!).

Rell The Soundbender just releases his long awaited remix of Major Lazer’s “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)”. His remix is a bouncing, energetic Trap-Bubblin’ bammer. Switching from heavy 808s and Kuduro booty-shaking pace, Rell completely compliments this remix with a haymaker.

New York Moombahtech DJ/producer Beatanga returns today with his newest track called “Hed”. The song starts out with the tribal dembow. Once the bass hits, Hed goes into the late night deep, minimal sounds of Moombahtech. The break portion will puts you in a trance with the wavy synth.

There an ep release of Wobble Lovers that recently came out a week ago called Wobblehton EP. Spanding in two tracks on the release, Wobble Lovers uses a Fidget style with their Moombahton which makes it unique and fresh to the listeners. The first song “Tocando Pra Voce” have reggae vibes. The second track “Moombah Get The Funk” have the old school 80s sample that will instantly gets the crowd moving. You can buy the EP on Beatport by clicking this.

I heard this edit of Kill The Noise “Roots” a month ago. The edit is made from an upcoming Georgia Moombahton DJ/Producer Danny Shapiro. This take of Roots got a NOLA Bounce/drumline bounce that will keep the asses vibrating and the bodies moving on the dancefloor. I called this a Twerkbreaker because its a combo platter of all out twerkin, pussy poppin and shufflin takes place.

Not only Mad Decent/Jeffree’s gave The Whip to the public, along with Foxsky’s ep is five badass remixes to fits every EDM needs solidly. Starting with the next track on the release is ETC!ETC! remix of The Whip. With this remix, ETC!ETC! flips the original into a soothing Trap melody to slow dance with your special loved ones.

My personal favorite remix on this release is done by The Reef. I like this remix alot because when I was listening to it, I pictured tribesmen throwing a big rave in an South American rainforest. The tropical feel and the big room electro-house sounds that The Reef brings is epic.

Why not have one Trap remix but TWO!!!! Florida’s Trap duo Vass gives us a more party-er Trap remix of “The Whip”. This remix got a warning label attached to it. The label reads, “PLEASE, get turnt up to me!”. Yeah, definitely one you can Luda ‘bowed space when getting trill.

Last remix to cover on Foxsky’s ep is from Udachi. If you want to play with fire, the Udachi remix is your answer. The remix is a Baltimore Club Music tune with heavy bass and loud kicks. Also, this take got a deep sound in it which makes it unique.

What do you get if three big Moombahton producers remixed a song and release it to the public at the same time? You get this hot remix of Konshens “Gal A Bubble” from Bro Safari, Major Lazer and ETC!ETC!.

Out of all the greatest hits that Michael Jackson came out with, one of my personal favorites is Remember The Time. LocoMotive just put out a remix of the Michael Jackson’s classic. This remix incorporates the original version along with the dembow kick going in and out at the right time. Plus, you can twerk to this while doing the Egyptian on the dancefloor.

Now, we gonna take it slow for the next two tracks. Coming up first is a edit that LocoMotive did of Toni Braxton’s Un-Break My Heart. With this edit, its a Moombahsoul edit that powerfully brings Toni’s vocals and uplift your hearts with strength.

Another Moombahsoul track surfaces over the past days is from the legend himself, King Kong with Go Slowly. Using the vocals from Destiny Child’s tune “Say My Name”, the cuts goes well with the soul synth and calm dembow kick of this track. There is a break in the middle that emphasized Beyonce’s verse. This is one of the tracks you will use for a romantic, intimate sessions on the loveseat.

Mendez teamed up with Vamos Promo and Legitmix releasing a Rework ep of YMCMB top songs into club ready hits. In this collection of reworks, Mendez flips Weezy’s Love Me into a Moombahouse banger, a Moombahthug (can I call it that?) bounce tune of Tyga & Ross “Dope”, a Moombahton rework of Started From The Bottom that spawned a Mendez rework of Chingo Bling & Lil Moco parody track few days later and my personal favorite on the ep, French Montana feat. Fake Moustache teams up with The Daybreakers with a remix of the Reggaeton track of Tu Conmigo by Tony Lenta featuring Arcangel. This remix is already stuck in high gear from the beginning. Hey! Over the past week, there were Moombahton bangers that slipped through the cracks. When I mean slipping through is that they went unnoticed to the unseen eye. Some of the tracks are from the most recent, usually suspects from the Malaysian Borneo Bounce scene to the new upcoming hype talents and a legend in the scene. A perfect balance of the Moombahfam. Another thing is these tracks today span around the world. Whether its chiptune/8bit-ah-ton to deep moombahtech to twerk moombah, anyone can be satisfied today.

Kicking it off is a Moombahton DJ/producer from New York City that goes by the name of Beatanga. His sounds are on par with Sabo, Nadastrom and Disgraceland. Bringing tech & deep house vibes of the underground NY club scene, Beatanga created a subgenre called Moombahtech. In his “Double 13″, he mixes the dembow with tribal tech house instruments into a Moombahton Massive-type sound that captures deep moombahton at its finest.

Continuing on the Moombahtech trend is another track from Beatanga titled “Showers”. With this song, Beatanga makes the song a space trip. The tunes is like you traveling through space looking at all the stars and planets on an expedition until the train horn drop hits and brings you back to Earth.

This next jammer been gaining heavy steam as of late and rapidly rising as a favorite amongst the scene. The song called Morena from upcoming producer Fresco. With insane laser-synths, robotic latin vocal cuts and a dembow kick that can get GILFs twerkin’ their hips back into place, Morena is definitely a track to keep in your set rotation. Just hit that play button below and express yourself. Did I mention that this supported by 2Deep, ViciouzViv, Caballo and Munchi?! Yeah, an excellent way to open doors in Moombahton.

Speaking of Munchi, 5 days ago, he went on twitter and says he was going to make a track in one hour due to boredom. One hour later, this Moombahchip/Chipahton/8bitaton tune completely troll’d us with a gnarly chipbow. The title speaks for itself and well pointed. Promptly called “Like, Whatever. IDC. #Shrug”, Munchi continues to break barriers with music.

Right before the announcement of our record label newest signee Z.F.X’s upcoming EP, he drops this latin guitar banging track known as “Caneto”. Z.F.X incorporates a guitar break portion that leads into the heavy synth drop. Caneto already receiving support from Chong-X, Caballo, Fake Moustache, JSTJR and fellow Moomba+ Records artist MACROHARD.

MAX returns this week with an ass shaking in your face blapper “GOOBOOK”. I was presented with this track around 3 am in the morning and had it on repeat for an hour straight. This is straight up booty bouncing moombahton.

In MalaSuave, the song brings the listeners on a rollercoaster with smooth, relax builds that leads into a twerk-crazed bouncing drop and back-n-forth. This tune from Cortez Syndicate is a must for any Moombahton set to turn up the queso.

This remix that LocoMotive is releasing today is a collaborative remix with Dutch producer ClubbJunky of the Justin Timberlake’s classic “Senorita”. I suggest to play this remix for your fellow love one on a boombox outside her window. You can download it with the link below.

Kicking things off is LocoMotive’s Electro-House original We Ready. The title lives up to the name because LocoMotive is ready to make an positive impact in the EDM scene. Boasting a big room sound, this track is surely made to kick off a rage-infused fist pumping crowd. It’s that festival house music!

This next one is a remix of Munchi’s trap-bubblin’ hit Deja Tu Vaina Flocka. With this remix, LocoMotive flips the trap-bubblin into a trill-bubblin sound that will gets all the sucias in an express yourself conveyor belt. *Mental image picture starting now*

Here is one of my personal favorites for this year so far. Teaming up with Kapo, LocoMotive brings a banger that have Wu-Tang Clan samples (36 Chambers of Death, kid). With Wu-Tang in the track, I was already drawn in from the start. Also, the collabo with Kapo will makes more civilized women turns to wildin’ freeks.

Back when I was in Miami for WMC, LocoMotive did a few sets at Moomba+ & Friends event. With one of their sets, they open up with this mash-up edit of DJ Blass to the DJ Punish’s remix of Panjabi MC. With Blass being there at the show, this edit was tearing up the dancefloor.

Now, this track falls under the LocoMotive’s Moombahtwerk category called “Rocker”. For “Rocker”, the signature twerk bounce is influenced with a crazy lead that follows into a frenzy drop.

Here is two previews of upcoming tracks from collaborations with Happy Colors and Orlande Guerriero. Both of them are called “El Telefono (Los Rompe Discotekas)” and “Mujeres”.

LocoMotive did a Moombahton edit of a Zouk Bass track. The song they flipped as a Moombahton edit is JSTJR’s Bomb Nuggets, which in its own genre is a hit.

LocoMotive first Trap-Bubblin song came out a month ago. The track is titled “Do You Wanna (Party)”.

They did a remix for Shelco Garcia that is released out on Beatport. The remix is off of Shelco’s Get It Up single release from Calamity Of Noise Records. You can buy it here.

The last two tracks were the ones that started the LocoMotive train of March with a Biggie sampled tune “When I Die” and DJ Heavy D’s birthday track “Bass Up”. The latter of the tracks is fused with hardstyle synths and known as a Diabloton. If Bro Safari’s Scumbag club hit was made as a Moombahton song, When I Die would be the best example.

Let’s start with “Soho – Hot Music Rmx (Kwest & Melo Rmx).” In the beginning, the piano reminds me the 80′s. It has a nice smooth jazz feel. This track could so be used to for the movie. Then when the voice over comes in, I feel as if I’m taken back to the ’90s. The trumpets beautifully come in and add to this great melody. This is great soothing and calming music.

Now back to the twerkalicious Moombahton, DJ Melo’s remix of “Adonis – No Way Back” is something fresh. It’s deep. It’s bumping. It gets you pumped! Even though it gets you pumped it also has a calm feel to it. This is definately something new to the genre. Even though you can twerk to this song, it’s not your usual twerking music. It makes twerking seem…classy. This track reminds me of the disco age and people just busting out in their best moves possible.

Next we have DJ Sabo’s Remix of “Success N Effect – Roll It Up.” At first I thought this was an average song. That is until the bass kicked. That had my ears feeling all kinds of funky. There really is no way to describe this song. It is so distinct and that bass….oh man.

Boyfriend’s edit of “Inner City – Big Fun” makes me feel like I have gotten into a time machine and landed in the wonderful 1990′s. The music was mellow, funky and just had that ’80s essence. Anyone who was a music fan of the 80′s knows what I am talking about right?

Talk about mystery with Disgraceland Remix of “NitroDeluxe – This Brutalhouse.” The track amazing builds you up for the drop, only for there to be silence and a baby drop. So much anticipation! Even though there’s no “drop” that build up just has tension and mystery mounting so high that it feels like a relief when the song transitions into something so beautifully mellow.

“Blackout” by Jon Kwest is very bouncy and kind of reminds me of when the “Macrena” was a hit. However, it is nothing like the “Macrena” in the same sense. “Blackout” has its own unique beat of electro and other shaker instruments. The vocals used just add to the intensity of the song. This song reminds me of the time I was just one with the music and there was nothing else that mattered.

Another Jon Kwest remix “It’s You” is another beautifully mastered track. It makes me feel bubbly and have butterflies. This particular track seems to tell a story through out the song. It has its upbeats, its melancholy and its revival points.

The next track, Secret Sauce’s Remix of “Kevin Irving’s Children of the Night,” is slightly different from the other tracks on this EP. There is unique use of samples and the beat is slightly more upbeat. A great job is done with transitions and making this track sound creatively unique.

The most different sounding track on this EP has to be DJ Madd OD remix of “Todd Terry Project.” It blends Baltimore Club music and the 80′s so well it’s crazy! I never thought that was plausible until I heard this track. It is definitely something new and fresh.

The most traditional Moombahcore track is “Black Riot – A Day In The Life” the Xian Juan Moobahcore Rethink. There are definate pieces of what Moombahton lovers love and some new, compelling aspects that make it something different!

All in all, all of these tracks have a different vibe then what I’m used to when I think of Moombahton, but it’s a nice dose of something different. This EP made me realize that there is more to Moombahton than just bootylicous songs. Moombahton itself can be a head banging, dirty genre as much as it can also be a calm, relaxing genre.
